HacKitsune is a small, bespoke electronics shop. We pack with care, ship quickly, and keep you posted the whole way. We’re an online-only store—there’s no local pickup—so everything goes out via trusted carriers.

Processing & fulfillment

Most in-stock orders leave our workshop within 2–4 business days for standard, and within 1 day for express/ shipping orders. (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Preorders and backorders ship as soon as they’re ready; any dates shown are best estimates. If your cart mixes in-stock and preorder items, we’ll normally ship together when everything is ready. If you’d prefer we split the order, just ask—additional postage may apply.

Rates & carriers

Live shipping options and pricing are shown at checkout based on destination, weight and service level. We work with reputable national posts and major couriers. Shipping fees are set by the carrier and displayed before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after we hand off your parcel—this is normal and depends on the carrier’s first scan.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

If you’re outside our home country, your order may be assessed import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees by local authorities. These charges are collected on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare contents, values, and HS codes accurately to keep things compliant—thanks for understanding that we can’t mark down or declare “gift.”

Delivery timing & delays

Delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs processing, peak seasons, and local events can add time. Once we hand your parcel to the carrier, it’s in their care; that said, we’re happy to help with tracking questions or to start a carrier inquiry if something goes sideways. Title and risk of loss pass to you at carrier handoff (see our Terms of Service for details).

Address issues & delivery problems

If you spot an address error, email us right away. We can usually correct it if the order hasn’t shipped. After shipment, redirection may not be possible and may incur carrier fees. If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package, please check with household members, neighbours, and your local depot. We’ll assist with a carrier investigation, but final outcomes are determined by the carrier.

Split shipments

To get parts to you sooner, we may occasionally ship items separately at no extra cost; you’ll receive separate tracking numbers when that happens. If you prefer a single shipment, tell us when you order.

Damaged in transit / DOA

Every PCB is flashed and function-tested before shipping and packed with ESD care. If your parcel arrives damaged or something appears dead on arrival, please follow the steps in our Returns & Refunds Policy for next actions and resolutions: [LINK TO RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY].
